ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Village of North Fond du Lac Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Municipal Building, 16 Garfield Street, North Fond du Lac, Wisconsin to consider a zoning variance request by John Kehrmeyer the resident and owner of Fond du Lac County Tax Parcel ID Number V05-16-17-32-04-045-00, addressed as 1201 Chapman Avenue, North Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The variance appeal is a request to enlarge his existing non-conforming detached garage.
The parcel is better described as:
UNPLATTED LAND IN SECTION 32, TOWN 16N, RANGE 17 EAST, COMMENCING 60' NORTH OF NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 9 BLOCK 4 OF THE F. MOQUIN ADDITION, THENCE NORTH 137.36' WEST, THENCE 78' SOUTH, THENCE 137.36' EAST, THENCE 78' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
