NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - VILLAGE OF ROANOKE The Village of Roanoke will hold a public hearing to discuss its intentions to construct improvements to its existing wastewater treatment plant to replace aging equipment and improve effluent quality. This hearing will provide the public with the opportunity to present comments. Time: 7:00-7:30 PM Date: Monday March 16, 2066 Place: Village Hall, 102 N. Sixth Street Roanoke, IL Information related to the proposed wastewater treatment plant improvements consisting of a Preliminary Environmental Impacts Determination prepared by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) is available for review at the Village Clerk's office at the Village Hall. There will be a 10 day comment period subsequent to the public hearing to receive comments from interested and affected parties. Comments may be submitted to the Village Clerk's office or the IEPA. This public hearing is part of the requirements with which the Village must comply with in order to qualify for a low interest loan from the IEPA Water Pollution Control Loan Program.
