NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF WESTON PLAN COMMISSION The Village of Weston Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Weston Municipal Center, 4747 Camp Phillips Road, Weston. A rezoning request (Project #20250376) has been filed by Jason Pflieger, Northcentral Land Surveying, LLC, on behalf of property owners Wood Violet Trust and Scott & Jennifer Sommer. The request would rezone a portion of the following parcels to allow a land swap via a future Certified Survey Map: Parcel 192 2808 241 0993 (Wood Violet Trust): Rezone from SF-L (Single Family Residential – Large Lot) to RR-5 (Rural Residential – 5 Acre). Parcel 192 2808 241 0997 (Scott & Jennifer Sommer): Rezone from RR-5 (Rural Residential – 5 Acre) to SF-L (Single Family Residential – Large Lot).
