NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Village of Oostburg Plan Commission NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Village of Oostburg Plan Commission on July 13, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Village of Oostburg Municipal Office, 1140 Minnesota Ave. The public hearing is to obtain public comments on an ordinance amending Chapter 2 of the Village of Oostburg Development Code (Subdivision Regulations). The proposed amendments include revisions intended to implement and maintain compliance with 2025 Wisconsin Act 68. The public may review a draft of the proposed ordinance changes at the Municipal Office during regular Office hours. Interested parties may make arrangements with the Village Clerk to obtain a copy of the draft ordinance or rezone applications. During the Public Hearing, the public is invited to speak. Written comments may be submitted to the Village Clerk until 4:00 p.m. on July 13, 2026 and shall become part of the record. The Public Hearings shall be closed when all interested parties in attendance have had an opportunity to offer comment.
