Wacousta Road, Grand Ledge, MI 48837 Ph: (517) 626-6593 Notice is hereby given that Pulat Tashtanov / Tzone Trucking LLC has filed an application for a Special Land Use Permit, issued Case No. 26-001 SLU, for the construction and operation of a trucking terminal to support Tzone Trucking LLC's Michigan-based operations. Special Land Use Permit No. 26-001 SLU, if granted, would allow the applicant to construct a new trucking terminal facility including truck parking, dispatch office space, and related site improvements at 5977 W. Grand River Avenue, Lansing, MI 48906. The proposed site plan consists of approximately 12 acres and is located in section 34 and 35 of Watertown Charter Township on W. Grand River Avenue. The proposed site plan combines three different parcels identified as Parcel Nos. 19-150-035-200-065-00, 19-150-034-100-040-00, and 19-150-034-400-005-03. The site is zoned LI – Light Industrial. A public hearing will be held to consider this application on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Watertown Charter Township Hall, South Room, 12803 South Wacousta Road, Grand Ledge, MI 48837. Written comments may be directed to the Planning and Zoning Department office at the above address and will be received until the time of the public hearing. All written comments will become part of the official public hearing record.
