NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING DISTRICT AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that the City of Rockledge, Florida, will hold a public hearing to consider a request submitted by Space Coast Real Estate Trust, LLC, through its agent, Praveen G. Idicula, for a zoning district amendment for the property located at 1029 Florida Avenue, Rockledge, Florida 32955.
The applicant is requesting to amend the zoning designation of one parcel consisting of approximately 1.01 +/- acres, located south of Bouganvillea Drive and west of Florida Avenue, in Planning District 2, from C2 – General Commercial District to RMU – Redevelopment Mixed Use District, pursuant to the Rockledge Code of Ordinances, Land Development Regulations.
The City of Rockledge Planning Commission will consider the request and make a recommendation to the City Council at a public meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 6:00 pm., in the Council Chamber at Rockledge City Hall, 1600 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, Florida. At that time, interested parties and members of the public will have an opportunity to be heard.
A public hearing before the City Council of the City of Rockledge will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber at Rockledge City Hall, 1600 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, Florida. At that time, interested parties and members of the public will have an opportunity to be heard.

Such record should include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
