NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE THE MOUNT HOLLY CITY COUNCIL and PLANNING COMMISSION
The City of Mount Holly City Council will hold three separate public hearings on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers located on the 1st floor of the Municipal Complex, located at 400 East Central Avenue. The first public hearing will consider an update to the Zoning Ordinance Chapter 6: Table of Permitted and Special Uses, and to Chapter 7: Notes to the Table: Note 3 to update regulations regarding home occupations, Case # TA-25-7. The second public hearing will consider an amendment to Chapter 153.056 (E) of the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance to provide standards for trail development and emergency response, Case # TA-25-9. The final public hearing will consider an amendment to Chapter 3, Section 3.11 of Zoning Ordinance to provide more detailed regulation of accessory buildings and structures, Case # TA-25-10.
The Mount Holly Planning Commission will also hold three separate public hearings, on the aforementioned cases, on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Municipal Complex, located at 400 East Central Avenue.
