NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that Petitions for Exclusion of Property (the "Petitions") have been or are expected to be filed with the Boards of Directors of Granary Metropolitan District Nos. 1-8, Town of Johnstown, Weld County, Colorado (the "Districts"). The Petitions request that the property described below be excluded from the Districts. The Petitions shall be heard at a public meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., via teleconference.
