NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is given that the Chemung County Department of Aging and Long Term Care will host a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church Horseheads (1034 West Broad Street, Horseheads, NY 14845) regarding the Chemung County Area Agency on Aging's programming funded under various titles of the Older Americans Act of 1965, and the New York State Elder Law. This Public Hearing is an opportunity for community members to provide feedback and insight surrounding the service needs of our older adults to promote independent living in their community. All citizens and parties of interest will be heard at the Public Hearing to be held as aforesaid.
