NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINING NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN A regular meeting of the Stockton City Council will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 5:30 pm, in the Stockton Council Chambers located on the 2nd Floor at 425 N. El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202, the following item: public hearing to consider a request to adopt by motion the 2025 Annual Progress Reports (APRs) for the Envision Stockton 2040 General Plan and the 2023-2031 Housing Element and to authorize staff to send the reports to the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and the Office of Planning and Research (OPR) as required by state law. Proceedings before the Stockton City Council are conducted in English. The City of Stockton does not furnish interpreters and if one is needed, it shall be the responsibility of the person needing one.
