NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING DATE: Wednesday, November 5, 2025 TIME: 5:00 PM ADDRESS: Southwest Intersection of N. River Road/Owl Creek Drive, Alva, FL 33917 In accordance with the North Olga Planning Community Requirements of the Lee County Land Development Code, the Applicant, Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, Inc, will be presenting information to the public on the residential community known as "Silverstrand". The meeting will be conducted for the following development order applications: Silverstrand Phase 1 (DOS2024-00096): Seeking DO for approval of 290 units, with supporting infrastructure and preserve restoration Silverstrand Phase 2 (DOS2024-00160): Seeking DO for approval of 146 units, with supporting infrastructure for up to 234 units, preserve restoration and amenity site with a 2,500 SF clubhouse (approximately) The purpose of the meeting is to educate community members and nearby landowners about the proposed development and to address any questions.
