County Ln, Lehigh, Florida 33936 In accordance with the Lehigh Acres Planning Community requirements of the Lee County Land Development Code, the Applicant, Creighton Properties FL, LLC, will be presenting information to the public on the following request at the March meeting of the Lehigh Acres Architectural, Planning & Zoning Review Board: A rezoning from Residential Planned Development (RPD) to Commercial Planned Development (CPD) to allow for commercial retail uses with associated parking and infrastructure on the Property. The Property is located at 601 Homestead Road, Lehigh Acres, Floridan 33974.
