NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING DATE: April 7th, 2026 TIME: 6:00 PM ADDRESS: North Fort Myers Recreation Center (2000 N Recreation Park Way, North Fort Myers, FL 33903) In accordance with Sec. 33-1532 of the Lee County Land Development Code for the North Fort Myers Community Plan Area, the Applicant, Phoenix & Associates, Inc., will be presenting information regarding a Zoning Application: Rezone +/-1.37 acres located at 6295-6301 Bayshore Road from Commercial Planned Development (CPD) to Commercial Planned Development (CPD) to allow for the development of 3,000 SF of retail and car wash uses on the Property. The purpose of the meeting is to educate community members and nearby landowners about the proposed development and to address any questions.
