NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING Date: May 14, 2026 Time: 5:00 PM Location: Bonita Springs Lion Center Hall Address: 10370 Pennsylvania Ave, Bonita Springs, FL 34135 Project Name: Angela's Marble & Tile (US 41) (New Development) Purpose: The purpose of this neighborhood meeting is to educate occupants and owners of nearby lands about the proposed development and application, receive comments, address concerns about the development proposal, and resolve conflicts and outstanding issues, where possible. The proposed Use is for a Building Material Sales, an approved use for the Current Zoning Commercial General and Permitted Use by Special Exception within the US 41 Overlay District. The building will consist of a Showroom and Separate Storage area for Materials, all contained within the building footprint. There is not proposed exterior storage yards, like that of a "Lumber Yard". This development is working closely with the City Planning Department for both Aesthetics and Functionality for both Architectural Design and Site Development.
