NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING

In accordance with Sec. 33-1612 of the Lee County Land Development Code for the Captiva Community Plan Area, the Applicant, Team Daveport Barging, will be presenting information regarding a Zoning Application:
Rezone +/-3.20 acres: 341 Pieces of Eight and two additional properties located at 4441/4435 Point House Trail from two Commercial Planned Developments (CPD) and Commercial (C-1) zoning to a combined Commercial Planned Development (CPD) to unify (1) freight and cargo hauling (barging); and (2) essential services facilities, group II (transfer station) as an essential public facility.
The purpose of the meeting is to educate community members and nearby landowners about the proposed development and to address any questions. For questions, please contact:
