NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING DATE: Tuesday, May 19, 2026 TIME: 5:30 PM ADDRESS: St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 28290 Beaumont Road Bonita Springs, FL 34134 In accordance with the requirements of the City of Bonita Springs Land Development Code, Flying Bridge Marina, LLC., is hosting a Neighborhood Information Meeting prior to submitting an application for a Commercial Planned Development (CPD) rezoning. The proposed CPD rezoning would allow for the redevelopment of the property, currently zoned Commercial (C-1), to accommodate a restaurant with accessory marina-related uses. The purpose of this meeting is to inform nearby residents and property owners about the proposed development, provide an overview of the project, and address any questions or feedback from the community. The subject property is located at 26107 Hickory Boulevard, Bonita Springs, Florida (STRAP No. 25-47-24-B2-00002.0020).
