NOTICE OF PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT MEETING
A Public Involvement Meeting (PIM) will be held on Thursday, September 25th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Municipal Complex, located at 400 East Central Avenue, Mount Holly in the 1st Floor Training Room. The purpose of this meeting will be to review an application submitted by Chip Stewart & Alissa Grice for a proposed rezoning & annexation of 34.35 acres, which is adjacent to 1713 N Main Street-being-Parcel #s 177847, 177594, 218371, 177844, & 177846 from Mount Holly RS-12, and County R-1 to City Conditional R8-MF. The proposed rezoning & annexation request proposes to construct up to 220 townhomes, and related amenities on the above-mentioned parcels. As a note, public hearings on the rezoning/annexation will be called at a later date & will also be advertised. The PIM will be a drop-in information session for interested parties to ask questions of the developer & City staff regarding this project. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
