NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING DATES PASEO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of Paseo Community Development District will hold its regular monthly meetings for the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 on the dates as follows: October 29, 2025 December 3, 2025 January 28, 2026 February 25, 2026 March 25, 2026 April 22, 2026 May 27, 2026 June 24, 2026 July 22, 2026 August 19, 2026 September 23, 2026 All meetings will convene at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at the Paseo Village Center, Theater, 11611 Paseo Grande Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33912. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for each meeting may be obtained by contacting Belinda Blandon, the District Manager, at 3434 Colwell Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33614 or by phone at (239) 936-0913. Additionally, a copy of the agenda, along with any meeting materials available in an electronic format, may be obtained at www.paseocdd.org. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any Supervisor or Staff can attend the meetings at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Each meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record. Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to advise the District Office at (239) 936-0913, at least 48 hours before the meetings. A person who decides to appeal any decision made at any meeting with respect to any matter considered at any meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
