NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Board of Cascade County Commissioners will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 9:30 AM in Room 105 of the Courthouse Annex located at 325 2nd Avenue North, Great Falls, MT 59401, and via Zoom (an online platform). The Board will consider the Southland Acres Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application. The proposed subdivision will create five (5) lots in the Light Industrial (I-1) Zoning District. The legal description is Parcel No. 3041142, 3043400 and 3030800, having Geocodes 02-3137-28-1-01-01-0000, 02-3137-29-1-11-01-0000 and 02-3137-20-3-03-01-0000, being Tract 1A of Certificate of Survey No. 4307 in Section 28, 29 and 30, Township 21 North, Range 02 East, PMM, Cascade County, MT.
