NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brevard County Health Facilities Authority (the "Authority") will hold a public meeting on March 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Classroom of the Brevard County Agricultural Center, 3695 Lake Drive, Cocoa, Florida, at 3:00 p.m. to discuss and act upon the proposed issuance by the Brevard County Health Facilities Authority of not to exceed $475,000,000 in Hospital Revenue Bonds, Series 2026 (Health First Obligated Group) for the benefit of Health First Shared Services, Inc., (ii) Holmes Regional Medical Center, Inc., (iii) Cape Canaveral Hospital, Inc., and (iv) Viera Hospital, Inc., and such matters as the Authority deems appropriate. Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purposes they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
