This notice is given in accordance with the provisions Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code. Auction will close on Wednesday October 22, 2025 at 10:00 am. The auction will consist of personal property including, but not limited to household goods, furniture, tools, equipment, toys, boxes, clothes and misc items. Owner reserves the right to bid and the right to refuse bids. Cleanup deposit is required. Sale is subject to cancellation.
