NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY PM Storage, LLC, in accordance with Utah Code Ann. 38-8-3, will sell by auction or otherwise dispose of personal property belonging to the individual listed below at the following time and place: Location: PM Storage, 4491 Mill Circle, St. George, Utah 84790 Date and Time of Sale: June 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time Jack Fowler Unit# D036 (5.0 x10.0) The above referenced personal property owners are hereby notified that unless all delinquent payments due under the terms of the applicable Rental Agreement are made before 10:00 AM on June 18, 2026 , the contents of the above unit(s) will be sold at auction or otherwise disposed of without further notice. Potential bidders are hereby notified that all personal property is sold as-is and where-is. Winning bidders must pay the full amount of their successful bid, plus a non-negotiable $100 cleaning deposit in cash at the time of sale. Winning bidders must haul away EVERYTHING from their unit before 10:00pm on the day of the auction, and may NOT use the dumpsters or garbage cans onsite to dispose of items they do not want.
