The vessel shall be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. San Sebastian Marine DBA Rivers Edge Marina may bid and purchase at the sale. The sale shall be to the highest and best bidder for cash over and above the lien amount of $4,394.80. A condition of the sale is removal of the vessel within forty-eight (48) hours of sale.
