NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
Notice by Publication to the Unknown heirs, devisees, spouses, creditors, legatees, fiduciary of the estate and spouse and creditors of Estella Averette, deceased, and the Estate of Estella Averette, whose current addresses are unknown, are hereby notified that they have been named Defendants in a legal action entitled Tonia Averette, Plaintiff, vs. Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Spouses, Creditors, Legatees, Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouse and Creditors of Estella Averette, Deceased and the Estate of Estella Averette, et al, Defendants. This action has been assigned Case Number 2025CVO2589, and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Stark County, Ohio 44702.
The object of the complaint is for Adverse Possession and Quiet Title for the real property located at 1966 Woodland Park Ave. SE, East Canton, Ohio 44730-9705, and more particularly described as follows:
Situated in the Township of Osnaburg, County of Stark and State of Ohio:
Known as and being Lot No. 22 in Valley View Estates Allotment, Osnaburg Township, Stark County, Ohio as the same is shown and delineated on the Plat of said Allotment, recorded in Volume 34, Page 91 of the Stark County Plat Records and re-recorded in Volume 34, Page 102 of the Stark County Plat Records for the purpose of showing building line restrictions. Parcel Number: 3701160.
You are required to answer the complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once a week for six successive weeks. The last publication will be made on February 12, 2026 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond by Law, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
