NOTICE OF QUASI-JUDICIAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD MEETING Town of Lake Park Please be advised that the Historic Preservation Board of the Town of Lake Park will hold a quasi-judicial public hearing on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard in the Lake Park Town Commission Chambers at Town Hall, located at 535 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida to consider the following item: The Town of Lake Park (Owner and Applicant) is requesting Special Certificate of Appropriateness approval to modify the historically designated Town Hall at 535 Park Avenue to replace two existing doors and three existing windows with storm-resistant impact materials as well as add an ADA accessible ramp and sidewalk at the rear patio and Commission Chamber doors. Records related to these items may be inspected at the Community Development Department located at Town Hall. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Historic Preservation Board with respect to any hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
