COURTNEY CASH, DEFENDANT CASE NO. 66GCV-25-437 Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Sebastian County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Huntington, Sebastian County, Arkansas: All of the following described real estate, situated, lying and being in the County of Sebastian and State of Arkansas, to wit: Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 5 North, Range 31 West, Sebastian County, Arkansas being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at an existing iron pin marking the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter. Thence along the East lone of said Forty, South 00 degrees 36 minutes 50 seconds West, 1313.15 feet to an existing p/k nail. Thence leaving said East line, South 88 degrees 23 minutes 42 seconds West, 286.77 feet to an existing p/k nail and the Point of Beginning, said point being on the center line of Browntown Road. Thence along said center line South 84 degrees 14 minutes 22 seconds West, 208.04 feet to an existing p/k nail.
