NOTICE OF RECEIPT 2026 TAX WARRANT TOWN OF MARCY 2026 TOWN & COUNTY TAX ROLL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, I Gina M. Schillaci, undersigned Tax Collector for the Town of Marcy, County of Oneida, and State of New York, have duly received the Tax Roll & Warrant dated 12/31/2025 for the Collection of Town and County Taxes within the Town of Marcy, for the year 2026. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Tax bills have been sent to property owners, third parties, banks, and tax servicing companies. Failure to receive tax bill does not affect the validity of taxes or interest prescribed by law (NYS RPTL§ 922). Property owners are still obligated to pay their property taxes on time, even if they do not receive a physical bill. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid without interest or penalty if paid in full by January 31, and pursuant to NYS Real Property Tax Law §924, there shall be added interest if taxes are paid in February or March. If paid in February, add 1.0% penalty; or If paid in March, add 1.5% penalty. The Tax Collector, nor any other official, does not have the legal authority to waive statutory penalty charges.
