NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2026 TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF Williamstown Township and the City of Williamston, County of Ingham, and State of Michigan. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE there will be an election on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 for the purpose of voting on the following offices and proposals: Partisan Section: Governor United States Senator Representative in Congress State Senator Representative in State Legislature Delegates to County Convention Proposal Section: Ingham County Potter Park Zoo and Potter Park Operational Millage Renewal and Restoration Ingham County Countywide System of Trails and Parks Millage Renewal and Restoration Ingham County Public Transportation System for Elderly and Disabled Millage Renewal and Restoration Ingham County Tourism, Entertainment Facilities, and Arts Proposal Capital Area District Library Ballot Proposal for a District Wide Tax Full text of the ballot proposals may be obtained at the elector's Township or City Clerk's office. A sample ballot may be viewed at Michigan.gov/vote. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE any qualified elector who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of their Township or City Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at Michigan.gov/vote and mailed to their Township or City Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at Michigan.gov/vote. The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local Clerk is Monday, July 20, 2026. After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at the elector's Township or City Clerk's office at the following locations and times: WILLIAMSTOWN TOWNSHIP, 4990 Zimmer Rd, Williamston, MI.
