NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR THE SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2025 DELHI CHARTER TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF DELHI TOWNSHIP IN EATON RAPIDS PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Delhi Charter Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.mi.gov/vote. The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, October 20, 2025. After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at the Delhi Charter Township Clerk's office, located at 2074 Aurelius Road, Holt, MI 48842, at the following times: Regular business hours: Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Election Day, Tuesday November 4, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the purpose of this special election is to vote on the following proposals as presented and listed below: EATON RAPIDS PUBLIC SCHOOLS SINKING FUND MILLAGE RENEWAL PROPOSAL This proposal will allow the school district to continue to levy the building and site sinking fund millage that expires with the 2025 tax levy. Full text of the ballot proposal may also be obtained at the Delhi Charter Township office located at 2074 Aurelius Road, Holt, MI. Sample ballots can also be found at www.mi.gov/vote. Absentee ballots are available for this election; registered voters may contact the local clerk to obtain an application for an absent voter ballot. You may apply for a ballot online at www.mi.gov/vote. To comply with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), voting instructions will be available in audio format and in Braille. Arrangements for obtaining the instructions in these alternative formats can be made by contacting the township clerk in advance of the election.
