NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF OAK RIDGE The Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Board of the City of Oak Ridge (the "Board") will hold a regular meeting on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce located at 1400 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, Tennessee. There will be considered at such meeting such business as may properly come before the Board including, but not limited to, the approval of documentation related to a lease involving payments in lieu of taxes in connection with Project R50.
