NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026, UPPER CAPTIVA FIRE & RESCUE DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners (the Board) of the Upper Captiva Fire & Rescue District (District) has scheduled their Regular Board Meetings for Fiscal Year 2026, to be held at 10:00 AM at the District's Fire Station located at 4511 Hodgepodge Lane, Upper Captiva, Florida on the following dates: 17 October 2025, 21 November 2025, 19 December 2025, 16 January 2026, 20 February 2026, 20 March 2026, 17 April 2026, 15 May 2026, 19 June 2026, 17 July 2026, 21 August 2026, 5 September 2026 (1st Budget), and 19 September 2026 (Regular Monthly Meeting). These meetings will also be accessible via Zoom with the login link and instructions provided on the District's website at: https://www.uppercaptivafire.org/meetings. Any person requiring special accommodations at the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office 239-872-2263 at least three (3) calendar days prior. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board, with respect to any matter considered at the Regular Meeting is advised that they will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
