NOTICE OF REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF KNOXVILLE'S COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION The Board of Commissioners ("Board of Commissioners") of Knoxville's Community Development Corporation ("KCDC") will hold its regularly scheduled meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at KCDC's offices located at 901 N. Broadway, Knoxville, Tennessee 37917. At said meeting of the Board of Commissioners, there will be considered such business as may properly come before the Board of Commissioners including, but not limited to the approval of the issuance of KCDC's revenue bonds in the total amount not to exceed $45,000,000 (the "Bonds"), the proceeds of which would be loaned to ECG N Peters, LP to assist in the financing of The Peter Apartments, a multifamily housing facility for low and moderate income citizens on certain property located at 303 N. Peters Road in Knoxville, Tennessee (the "Project"). Any person who wishes to indicate his or her desire to provide public comment at the meeting may do so in accordance with KCDC's Public Input Policy, which is available on the KCDC's website at www.kcdc.org/about/board-of-commissioners/.
