NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR AUTHORITY TO SELL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE SUCCESSION OF PATSY CANNON WILLOUGHBY PROBATE NO. 20260138 15TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, PARISH OF LAFAYETTE STATE OF LOUISIANA WHEREAS the Administrator of the above estate, has made application to the Court for authority to sell at private sale the immovable property hereinafter described, to-wit: AN UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF (½) COMMUNITY INTEREST IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WIT: That certain parcel of ground together with all buildings and improvements situated thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto appertaining, and all appurtenances thereof, situated in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, being known and designated as LOT 20, MARYVIEW FARM SUBDIVISION, said lot having a frontage of 100 feet on St. Augustine Street and having the further dimensions and boundaries as are shown on that plat of survey of said subdivision prepared by Fred L. Colomb, dated July 18, 1957, revised December 29, 1958, further revised January 5, 1959, and further revised March 31, 1959, of the records of Lafayette Parish, Louisiana. MUNICIPAL ADDRESS OF ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY: 100 St. Augustine Drive, Lafayette, Louisiana 70507 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all parties to whom it may concern, includingthe heirs and creditors of the decedent herein, and of this estate, be ordered to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating such application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
