NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Construction Services – HVAC Replacement Project HVAC Replacement Project – Veterans Inc. Headquarters Veterans Inc. is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of HVAC systems at its Headquarters Complex located at 69 Grove Street, Worcester, MA. The project includes installation of a new HVAC system and related architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work as specified in the construction documents. RFP packages will be available beginning July 8, 2026. Interested firms may request an RFP package by contacting AJ Mercier, Owner's Representative, at ajmercier@veteransinc.org or 774-479-1193. Proposals are due by 10:00 AM EST on Monday, August 10, 2026. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement requirements. Veterans Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed to be in its best interest. This project is funded through Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending grants administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to all applicable federal procurement requirements.
