NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PURCHASE AND DEVELOPMENT OF NON-INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY The Liberty County Industrial Authority (the "Authority") is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the purchase and development of real estate, containing 299.72 +/- acres, among eight (8) separate parcels in Liberty County, Georgia (as described in records maintained by the Authority, the "Property"). Developers may choose to propose on one or more properties contained therein. The selected Developer must have the capability, experience, resources, and concept for use of the Property that ensures a quality project which complements current and future uses of surrounding property and provides a needed community asset. The Authority has carefully considered the best use for each parcel and has assigned certain conditions contained herein. These represent the desired use of the subject property, but the Authority welcomes other proposed uses. Proposals will be received by the Authority at its offices until 5:00 p.m. on May 8, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated and a decision rendered in accordance with criteria established by the Authority and as set forth in proposal documents which may be obtained from the Authority at its offices located at 425 W. Oglethorpe Hwy., Hinesville, Georgia 31313 during normal business hours or on the Authority's website at comegrow.global under the section "RFPS AND PUBLIC NOTICES". The purchase of the Property will be subject to such terms and conditions set forth in the proposal documents furnished by the Authority. Inspection of the Property will be by appointment only, which may be made by contacting the Authority by phone at 912-368-3356 or by email at info@comegrow.global. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason, to waive errors and informalities, and to accept the proposal which, in its judgment, is most advantageous to the Authority.
