NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK The Jonathan Alder Local School District Board of Education is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its Jonathan Alder LSD-ELPP-2026 Project. The Project will include a 115,968 square foot addition to Jonathan Alder High School, renovations to existing facilities and, building and demolition of existing facilities.
