NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) BANKING, TREASURY MANAGEMENT, MERCHANT PROCESSING, AND INVESTMENT SERVICES The DeSoto County Convention & Visitors Bureau (DCCVB) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified financial institutions interested in providing comprehensive banking, treasury management, merchant processing, and investment services. The DCCVB seeks a financial institution with demonstrated experience serving public entities and the capability to provide depository banking services, treasury management solutions, merchant processing, cash management, public funds investment options, and related financial services.
