NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SUBMITTAL (RFS) The Cultural Council for Palm Beach County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified consultants for the Creation and Development of the Cultural Council Strategic Plan. The selected consultant will develop a comprehensive three- to five-year strategic plan for the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County, including stakeholder engagement, a cultural needs assessment, environmental review, implementation strategy, and related deliverables.
