NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED CIP BUDGET WORKSHOP BY TOHOPEKALIGA WATER AUTHORITY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Please be advised that the Board of Supervisors (the "Board") of the Tohopekaliga Water Authority, an independent special district, established and created pursuant to Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, by special act of the Florida Legislature ("Toho"), has rescheduled the CIP Budget Workshop from June 24 2026, to the revised date of Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 5.00pm. The purpose of this Workshop is for the Board to review and align on proposed capital investments for the upcoming fiscal year and five-year planning horizon, while confirming alignment with strategic priorities and operational needs. In addition, to discuss any other matters the Board may deem necessary. All persons interested are invited to attend and any person deciding to Appeal any final decision of the Board, with respect to any matter considered at this public meeting, will need a record of the proceedings. For such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
