NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE SCHOOL BOARD OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA The School Board of Okaloosa County, Florida, pursuant to the provisions of §120.54, Florida Statutes, hereby gives notice that it is developing a new School Board policy which will amend the current policy 08-09, the title of which is: Duties, Ethics, Professional Conduct. The purpose and effect of the proposed amendments to the policies are to update the current policies to implement legislative changes and update statutory references. The specific legal authority for the proposed policy is §1001.41, Florida Statutes.
