NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY
GATEWAY SERVICES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accord with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the Gateway Services Community Development District ("District") hereby gives notice of its intention to develop Chapter VII of the District's rules to establish and designate District parking facilities and establish a fee schedule for resident and non-resident use of District parking facilities.
The purpose and effect of the proposed Rule is to provide for efficient and effective District operations and to recover the cost to operate and maintain District facilities. specific legal authority for the proposed Rule includes Sections 190.011(5), 190.012(3), 190.035, 190.037, 190.041, 120.54, and 120.81, Florida Statutes (2025).
