The following-described personal property will be sold, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes §§ 33-361(D), 33-362, and § 33-1023, at public auction to the highest bidder, at 5333 N. 7th Street, Suite B-112, Phoenix, Arizona on May 26, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., and the proceeds will be applied to the payment of rent owing and due:
All personal property located at 5333 N. 7th Street, Suite B-112, Phoenix, Arizona (formerly known as "Recovery Room IV Therapy"), which has been seized pursuant to, and which is subject to, the landlord's statutory lien, including, but not limited to, eleven (11) IV poles, six (6) massage chairs, thirty-two (32) office chairs/lobby seats, twelve (12) monitors, thirteen (13) TVs, one (1) front desk, one (1) conference table, one (1) kitchen table, five (5) office desks, two (2) large filing cabinets, one (1) exam bed, one (1) mobile sink unit, one (1) printer, one (1) shredder, one (1) Accucold fridge, one (1) air purifier, and miscellaneous office supplies.
The sale shall be made for cash, payable at the time of sale, without any covenant, representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, the property described is being sold on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis, without any covenant, representation or warranty regarding title, possession, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, liens or encumbrances, fitness, or merchantability.
