The following-described personal property will be sold, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes §§ 33-361(D), 33-362, and § 33-1023, at public auction to the highest bidder, at 2855 N Power Road, Suite 101, Mesa, Arizona, on June 22, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., and the proceeds will be applied to the payment of rent owing and due:
All personal property located at 2855 N Power Road, Suite 101, Mesa, Arizona (formerly known as "Echo 5 Sports Bar"), which has been seized pursuant to, and which is subject to, the landlord's statutory lien, including, without limitation, tables, chairs, bar tables, stools, booths, TVs, glassware, dishware, prep tables, and miscellaneous kitchen equipment.
The sale shall be made for cash, payable at the time of sale, without any covenant, representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, the property described is being sold on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis, without any covenant, representation or warranty regarding title, possession, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, liens or encumbrances, fitness, or merchantability.
