The following-described personal property will be sold, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes §§ 33-361(D), 33-362, and § 33-1023 (and/or the landlord's contractual lien rights), at public auction to the highest bidder, at 8841 N. 19th Ave, Suite 1, Phoenix, Arizona on July 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and the proceeds will be applied to the payment of rent and other charges owing and due:
All personal property located at 8841 N. 19th Ave, Suite 1, Phoenix, Arizona (formerly known as "Baskin Robbins"), which has been seized pursuant to, and which is subject to, the landlord's lien(s), including but not limited to ice cream cases, coolers, small appliances, tables and chairs and wire shelving.
The sale shall be made for cash, payable at the time of sale, without any covenant, representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, the property described is being sold on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis, without any covenant, representation or warranty regarding title, possession, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, liens or encumbrances, fitness, or merchantability.
