NOTICE OF SALE BY PUBLICATION Let it be known that a 1972 BAY SPRINGS mobile home, serial #SU1459F, owned by Tyler Keimig or Tarence Block a/k/a Tarence Redwing, whose last known addresses are 17445 Meadow Lake Rd, Watertown, SD 57201 and 210 Carstens Drive, Watertown, SD 57201 is currently in the possession of McKinley Court LLC (Landlord). The undersigned, on behalf of the Landlord, has given proper notice to the above-stated owner that the mobile home is considered to be abandoned property, pursuant to SDCL 21-54-15, and that the mobile home will be sold. The mobile home is currently located on the Landlord's premises, located at 210 Carstens Drive, Watertown, SD 57201. Sale is made subject to a lien claimed by Landlord against the mobile home for two months of unpaid lot rent, in the total amount of $800.00 and a judgment of $2,776.13. As the property is considered abandoned, it shall be held out for public sale. Said public sale shall take place at the above-stated premises on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m..
