NOTICE OF SALE BY PUBLICATION Let it be known that a 1973 CHICKASHA mobile home, serial #83632, owned by Austin Kliebert, whose last known address is 816 12th Ave NW, Watertown, SD 57201, is currently in the possession of Watertown MHP, LLC (Landlord). The undersigned, on behalf of the Landlord, has given proper notice to the above-stated owner that the mobile home is considered to be abandoned property, pursuant to SDCL 21-54-15, and that the mobile home will be sold. The mobile home is currently located on the Landlord's premises, located at 816 12th Ave NW, Watertown, SD 57201. Sale is made subject to a lien claimed by Landlord against the mobile home for two months of unpaid lot rent, in the total amount of $956.00 and a judgment of $2,883.68. As the property is considered abandoned, it shall be held out for public sale. Said public sale shall take place at the above-stated premises on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m..
