NOTICE OF SALE OF PROPERTY AND REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS The City of Tuscola, Texas is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the following property: Lots 10-11, Block 16, Original Town of Tuscola, Taylor County, Texas, commonly known as 418 Graham Street. Persons interested in bidding on this property are strongly encouraged to physically inspect the property before submitting a bid. The property will be sold "AS IS". The property will be conveyed by Deed without Warranty. The minimum bid is Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00). Bids should explicitly indicate whether the offer is a cash offer. Bidders are also encouraged to provide their plans for the property should their bid be chosen. All sealed bids must be received by July 29, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Bids received after this date and time will not be considered. Bids will be opened and read aloud by the City Council at the regular meeting scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on August 3, 2026 at City Hall. The City Council will consider bids and reserves the right to accept the bid in the best interest of the City, and to that end, the City Council shall have the right to accept or reject any and all bids regarding the sale of this property.
