NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SARALEE CROWELL ("Saralee") and BRIANNE
MCDEDE ("Brianne"), in their capacity as Co-Administrators of the KENNETH J. MCDEDE ("Estate"), will sell at private sale to the highest and best bidder (net to the Estate) upon the terms and conditions hereafter mentioned, and subject to confirmation by the above-entitled court, within one year hereafter, all right, title, and interest of the Estate in and to the real property located at 388 Traci Lane, Mound House, NV 89706, APN 019-494-06 and more particularly described as follows:
Parcel I:
Lot 5, in Block 6, of CARSON HIGHLANDS ESTATES UNIT NO. 2,
according to the map thereof, filed in the office of the County Recorder if
Lyon County, Nevada, on October 11, 1984, as File No. 88821.
Bids or offers are invited for said property and must be in writing and will be received at the law offices of ALBRIGHT, STODDARD, WARNICK & ALBRIGHT located at 801 South Rancho Drive, Suite D-4, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at any time after first publication of this notice and before making said sale. Said sale will be made on the following terms: Cash or otherwise as accepted by Administrator and as approved by order of the above-entitled court. Administrators reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
