The above referenced sale is being held pursuant to a deed of trust recorded in Book 756 at Page 716, and Corrective Affidavit recorded in Book 774 at Page 423, of the Madison County, North Carolina, Registry, executed by Shawn Dockstader and Jenn Lopez, Grantor/Mortgagor, in favor of Shae Lynn Byas, Beneficiary/Holder. 3.
