NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024 CA 001444 of the Circuit Court of the 2ND Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS as IndentureTrustee for the registered holders of SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2005-1 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Betty Johnson a/k/a Betty Jean Johnson, deceased, Catina Hinton, Jawana Williams, Keith Lernard Johnson a/k/a Keath Lernard Johnson a/k/a Keith Johnson, Joseph O. and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
